Teka-Teki

Assalamualaikum...

My close friends would know one obvious fact about me. I hate riddles, teka-teki, whatever. For me, it's too unpredictable! Some riddles just need simple logic to solve, others will require wild imagination. And i somehow, found that very hard to follow. Too far-fetched, i would say.

But, i for one, never short of appreciation for good stuff, especially hillarious ones. So, although, i will never get to answer any riddles that has been thrown to my face, i will always laugh as soon as i was given the answer.

And, i can't remember ever laughed harder than i did recently for these two riddles:
Some of you may have heard of these, so just bear with me and let me have my fun, ok? Hehe.
(To sustain the originality of the riddles, i'll write in Malay)

Kenapa patung Tuhan dalam kuil Hindu, bermata bulat?
Kenapa patung Tuhan dalam tokong Cina, matanya sepet?
Dan, kenapa pula tidak ada piano dalam masjid?

Ok, the last part is weird, but who cares, right? After all, it's just a riddle.
So, here come the other one...

Banyak-banyak binatang, binatang apa ada telur di tengkuk?

So, take a deep breath....

And here ae the answers...

For the first question,

Kenapa patung Tuhan dalam kuil Hindu, bermata bulat?
Kenapa patung Tuhan dalam tokong Cina, matanya sepet?
Dan, kenapa pula tidak ada piano dalam masjid?

The answer is,

Patung Tuhand dalam kuil Hindu bermata bulat, sebab perempuannya semua pakai sari... seksi
Patung Tuhan dalam tokong Cina matanya sepet, sebab, asap dari colok pedihkan mata depa, so, mata jadi sepet, hmmm.
Last sekali, kenapa takde piano dalam masjid? Jawapannya... letak selipar kat masjid pun hilang, ini kan pula letak piano???!!!!!

I remember laughed really hard - even when i write this. Maybe because of the piano, kot.
I asked why piano, and when my friend said he didn't know, i laughed even harder!

So, for the second question,

Banyak-banyak binatang, binatang apa ada telur di tengkuk?

The answer is,

KUDA KEPANG!!!

????!!!!

And, i laughed soooo hard, i almost got stomach ache!

Thanks to my good friend Alias for the riddles. Maybe part of why i found the two riddles were very funny because of the way he phrased them, i don't know. But i still remember, i even asked him for more of those!!!

If any one of you have good/fun riddles, do come and share ok. Just don't forget to provide the answer so i could have a good laugh over it, heheh...

Joke #4

On day three of the corporate conspiracy trial, the star witness began to recant his story.
"Were you aware that both the FBI and the IRS intended to investigate this CPA, starting ASAP?" the judge asked.

"Not initially, Your Honour."

Joke #3

I was going to see the dentist early one morning, but when I pulled up to a parking meter, I realised I didn't have any change. As I got out of my car, I saw a parking attendant heading my way. I called out to him that I was going to get some change for the meter. He said that if the meter wasn't paid by the time he got to it, I would get a ticket.

Quickly running into a nearby coffee shop, I ordered a coffee. The waitress, seeing the note in my hand, asked if I had anything smaller. "No," I said, "I'm sorry, I don't."

"It's your lucky day, then," she said. "We don't have any change, so your coffee is on the house!"

Joke #2

Two guys, one a pessimist and the other an eternal optimist, had been friends for years. The optimist was always trying to get his pal to see the bright side of things.

The optimist found a dog that could walk on water. This is perfect, he thought. There's no way that cynic can say anything negative about this.
He took his friend duck hunting so he could see the dog in action. Mid-morning, they finally downed a bird. It fell on the other side of the lake, so the optimist sent the dog to retrieve it. The animal trotted across the water, grabbed the duck in his mouth and ran back.
"Isn't that amazing?"
"Hmmph," the cynic said. "That dog can't swim, can it?"

Joke #1

My parents had one of those old-time rotary telephones. This drove my brother crazy. Once, he misdialled a long-distance number and had to do it all over again.

''Mum,'' he asked in frustration, ''why don't you replace this thing with a touch-tone phone?''

''If we did,'' my mother said, ''your father would never get any exercise.'' (Reader's Digest)
